| Q. | Does Idaho have a helmet law? |

| A. | Yes, and No, Persons under 18 must wear a helmit. However, nearby Washington state does. We will be riding into Washington during several of our rides. Bring the helmet. |
| Q. | Does my National H.O.G. membership need to be active? |
| A. | Yes, your National H.O.G. membership must be active, expiration date is verified upon receipt of registration and must be active during the rally or if expiring during rally dates it must be renewed prior to attending or renewed at the Rally site. Or by calling Call 1-800-CLUBHOG to join or renew National H.O.G. membership. |
| Q. | Is the Rally open to the public? |
| A. | The Rally is a private event held for registered H.O.G. members and their guests only. |
| Q. | Does everyone need to wear a wristband? |
| A. | Yes, a wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests must have a wristband. NOTE: the wristband must be put on to the attendee's wrist at time of registration. We are not allowed to give anyone a wristband for someone else that is not in physical attendance at Registration. |
| Q. | Do I need to sign a release form? |
| A. | YES, ALL ATTENDEES MUST SIGN A RELEASE FORM AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE. |
| Q. | Will the rally still run even though it rains? |
| A. | You Betcha! (translation: Yes!) |
| Q. | What are the registration hours of operation and location? |
| A. | Thursday, September 2nd: 10:00am - 5:00pm at the Host Hotel. Friday, September 3rd: 7:00am - 7:00pm at the Host Hotel. Saturday September 4th: 7:00am - 1:00 PM, the Host Hotel. |
| Q. | What is the registration fee? |
| A. | Pre-registration fee is $65.00 for H.O.G. members and $65.00 for guests; limited to one guest per H.O.G. member (all prices include sales tax). Children 15 years old and under $50.00 to cover the cost of the Banquet. All minors must be accompanied by a registered H.O.G. member at all times. On-site registration is limited with a cost of $80.00. On-site registration includes a T-shirt while supplies last. |
| Q. | What is the cost to bring children to the rally? |
| A. | Children up to age "15" the cost is $50.00 to cover cost of the Banquet. Children will not receive a T-shirt. |
| Q. | Do I have to use a credit card to pre-register? |
| A. | If you prefer, you may register on line by clicking on the "Pay By Mail With A Check" button on the Registration page, fill out the form, print it and mail it to our Treasurer at: 2010 Idaho State H.O.G. Rally C/O Teri Troyer – Registration Coordinator P.O. Box 2846, Coeur d' Alene Idaho 83816 You may also obtain registration forms from Long Wolf Harley Davidson, located at 722 West Appleway,Coeur d' Alene Idaho 83814. Registration forms MUST be postmarked by midnight, July 16, 2010 to qualify for registration. |
| Q. | Once I have registered and paid my fee, can I cancel and receive a refund? |
| A. | No, The registration fee is non-refundable and unclaimed rally packets will not be mailed. If you are unable to attend, send your confirmation card with someone to pick-up your packet for you. Unclaimed packets will be sold after close of registration on Saturday. |
| Q. | If I am unable to attend the event after I have registered can someone pick up my registration package. |
| A. | Yes, however they cannot pick up your wristband. Everything else will be given to that person with your confirmation card. |
| Q. | Is my pre-registration transferable? |
| A. | No, admission is not transferable and cannot be re-sold. This is a closed event and only National H.O.G. members and/or specific guests may enter under the registrant's name |
| Q. | What if I arrive at the rally and registration is closed? |
| A. | Your confirmation card will allow you into any events going on until you can get into registration the next day to pick up your registration package. |
| Q. | If I can't attend every day of the Rally, do I still have to pay the full registration fee? |
| A. | Yes, the price for the Rally is based on the guided rides,entertainment, Banquet, T-shirt, pin and other rally sponsored activities. There are NO day passes. |
| Q. | What will I receive with my registration? |
| A. | Registered H.O.G. members will receive a short sleeve T-shirt, pin, wristband, Banquet ticket and raffle ticket. Additional rally T-shirts, pins, and patches will be available for purchase when you pre-register and in limited quantities at the event. In addition, you will receive coupons for businesses in the surrounding area, information on activities at the event as well as information about points of interest in the Coeur d' Alene area. |
| Q. | Do I have to be registered to volunteer to work at the Rally? |
| A. | No, volunteers can be a HOG member or a guest of a HOG member however, they must sign a waiver of liability form. Most volunteers will only commit a few hours of their time. |
| Q. | Does a guest get a T-Shirt and Pin when they pre-register |
| A. | No. Only registered HOG members or Associate HOG members in good standing receive the T-Shirt and pin included in the registration price. The HOG member may purchase additional T-Shirts, patches and pins but that would be an additional charge to the registration cost. |
| Q. | Will rally merchandise be available for purchase during the rally? |
| A. | Yes, a limited amount of rally merchandise will be available for purchase on-site. |
| Q. | What sizes do the T-Shirts come in? |
| A. | The T-Shirts will be available in mens' sizes from S to 3X |
| Q. | Do the shirts come in women's sizes? |
| A. | No--all T-Shirts for the 2010 Idaho State HOG Rally are ordered in Mens' sizes. The shirts are of a unisex color, appropriate for men, women, or children |
| Q. | Can I purchase extra T-Shirts and Pins for friends back home? |
| A. | Yes. This can be done during pre-registration. The cost is $15 per shirt, $8 per pin, and $10 for a rally patch. If there are extra shirts, patches, and pins available they will be on sale at the rally site, however they will be slightly higher in price and very limited. |
| Q. | What's in it for the volunteers? |
| A. | Aside from the satisfaction of knowing that you've helped produce a better event for your fellow H.O.G. members, and hopefully making some new friends, along with all the possible prizes that come with registration, we are also offering a chance at some very cool volunteer prizes. Note: Rally Committee members are NOT eligible for volunteer incentive prizes. |
| Q. | If I volunteer will there be snacks and water? |
| A. | Yes, we will have water. Due to the large number of volunteers we are unable to provide food because of our limited budget. However, there will be a Volunteer lunch on Sunday at 2 pm. |
| Q. | Will there be vendors? |
| A. | No, there will not be vendors at this years Rally. |
| Q. | How can I become a Vendor at this Rally? |
| A. | There will not be vendors at the this years Rally. |
| Q. | What if I have a mechanical problem with our bike, will there be dealers to assist. |
| A. | Yes, lone Wolf will be able to assist you and get you back on the road. |
| Q. | Are the host hotel and the other overflow hotels conveniently located to events that will be going on? |
| A. | Yes, the Host Hotel and most of the co-host hotels are within walking distance from each other and the dealership. |
| Q. | Will there be trailers allowed at the host hotel? |
| A. | There will be sufficient parking for all motorcycles. However, there will not be parking at the Host Hotel for campers or trailers. |
| Q. | Are there campgrounds available? |
| A. | Yes, there are many local camp area in the area. |
